Diana Hare Ganchev

Diana Hare-Ganchev may have been born in California but she was raised in Houston, Texas and says she is a Texan at heart. Growing up and working in Houston has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and a chance to form close relationships with local businesses and people. As a Colombian she loves to connect and work with the Hispanic community in the Houston area. She has been with Riverway Homes since 2022 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2023. "I love the opportunity this business has given me to meet incredible people. I love that this job lets you interact and help someone accomplish a life goal such as buying their dream home"! Diana's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She started working (and still currently does) in the fashion industry for the past twenty-six years. Working with international powerhouse names and local talent in the Houston area. She also worked in the fitness industry for ten years and continues to hold a GFI certification. In both the fashion and fitness industry, Diana gained the knowledge to understand the importance of a solid relationship between herself and her clients. This has lead her to hold qualities such as being able to listen, be efficient, organized, and being able to think outside the box. Most of all, Diana knows how to research and find the home that is perfect for you. Diana is married and has two children.
